Recruitment Consultant

£25,000 - £28,000 + commission (OTE £35K+)

Recruitment Consultant Role:

•    Cultivate client relationships via sales calls and business development

•    Manage and expand existing accounts

•    Identify sales opportunities for client growth

•    Assist clients with recruitment needs

•    Source candidates and meet client specifications

•    Create tailored advertisements and conduct diverse searches for candidates

Recruitment Consultant Requirements:

•    Hospitality management background preferred at Assistant/Duty Manager level 

•    Prior recruitment experience would be advantageous

•    The best recruitment consultants have exceptional communication skills
