Recruitment Resourcer job role:

Catering Services International is a specialist hospitality employment agency.  We offer temporary, seasonal and parmanent recruitment solutions to any business relating to food and beverage.

Working in our Cheltenham Office Monday to Friday office hours, we need a Recruitment Resourcer to:

• Resource new workers by posting job vacancies, interviewing and vetting hospitality candidates


• Obtain due diligence paperwork such as references, right to work etc


• Maintain database records


• General administrative work in order to support the Cheltenham recruitment team


• Liaise with Clients regarding business requirements

Recruitment Resourcer requirements:

• Being a Recruitment Resourcer is both highly demanding rewarding, requiring communication, organisation and people skills


• A willingness to learn and develop into a Recruitment Consultant


• This Recruitment Resourcer role would suit candidates from the catering & hospitality industry with a passion for customer service, administration skills and a can-do attitude towards teamwork.
