F&B Manager - Cheltenham

The Package £32-36,000 per annum

The Company

The Role

As F&B Manager you will be hosting and leading the restaurant from the front. You will have excellent management and people skills and be up to date with current trends. A good knowledge of wines and spirits is also key for this role.

This is a small working team and you must be very hands-on, have previous experience in similar establishments and work well under pressure. An ideal candidate is somebody who loves to work with high end products, exceed customer expectations and have good financial acumen. This role will progress to a General manager role with 6-9 months for the right calibre individual.

Successful individuals will preferably possess / be able to demonstrate the following:

• Ability to maintain the highest standards at all times and a keen eye for detail.
• Creative thinking
• Organised and hands-on to ensure optimal service to customers and staff.
• Great team player and motivator with the passion to take autonomy of the restaurant.
• Excellent working references / recommendations from previous employers.
