We are seeking a Restaurant Manager with Rosette experience, who will share their passion for exceptional service and create distinctly unforgettable memories at this city centre restaurant.

The elite culinary team here use only the finest and freshest ingredients to craft delicious menus, as well as providing a memorable restaurant experience for its diners.

The ultimate aim is to ensure total guest satisfaction, maximize repeat custom and maintain quality standards.

As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the whole food and beverage operation, and should be able to demonstrate :

• A sound knowledge of Food & Beverage


• Excellent customer care


• Management skills (Banking and Payroll)


• WSET level 2


• Experience in AA Rosette establishments
