The Company
Our client is a luxury hotel company with an enviable collection of country house and boutique hotels located across the country. 2011 will see them continue to expand.
The role
We are looking to recruit an experienced Sales Director reporting directly to the CEO with responsibility for a team of 14 hotel and field based sales managers.
What We Are Looking For
Successful individuals will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Experience gained as a Sales Director / Senior Regional Sales Manager - ideally in the luxury hotel market.
- Managing, motivating, and directing large sales teams.
- A proven track record in achieving, exceeding, and driving sales.
- Excellent people, man-management, organisation, and communication skills.
- The ability to develop and implement sales initiatives
- The management of key portfolio accounts.
- Recruitment, training, and development of sales managers.
- Providing detailed monthly sales reports.
