Two very exciting Sommelier positions in the South West!! Luxury Country Hotel. Hand picked wines...can you bring them to life at the table??

A modern, dynamic, team in the South West is seeking both a Sommelier (around £17k) and Assistant Sommelier (around £15k) for their highly successful and expanding business.
We are seeking talented people who are:
- Passionate about wine; who live and breathe it
- Full of enthusiasm and with genuine knowledge (even if self-taught !!)
- Experienced in working in a good 3-star hotel or above
- Experienced in working in a fresh food, 'gastro' establishment (for the Sommelier role you must already have managed a small team)
- Able to handle themselves; emotionally mature and a great communicator
- Of smart appearance; with a high level of personal hygiene and pride in their work
- Interested in the world around them, with a good level of general education
- Great conversationalists!!
Excellent salary package on offer (to include basic salary plus service charge paid monthly; live-in accommodation is negotiable and you also have access to all hotel amenities and benefits.
