Sommelier Role:

We are looking for an experienced Sommelier to join an award winning, 4 AA Rostte restaurant in a luxury hotel in the Cotswolds. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in fine dining who wants to learn valuable skills to progress in their career.

Sommelier Requirements:

- Previous Sommelier experience in a fine dining establishment

- Driven and passionate about premium wines

- Ability to work well within a motivated team

- Confidence in creating an unforgettable experience
