£15,500 pa

32.5 hours per week, Straight shifts, 7.30am – 2pm, term time only

Our client operates a highly recommended school in North Somerset. The school caters for all students, offering healthy snacks at break times and a range of lunch options. This school caters for all nutritional requirements throughout the day to keep its students on a healthy diet. Located on the outskirts of Bath this school offers a stable employment opportunity.

The role

We are looking to employ an experienced chef to take over Sous Chef responsibilities and assist our Head Chef. Responsibilities would involve taking control of the running of the second kitchen, serving 150 students. An enthusiasm for fresh seasonal ingredients is essential. Due to the quality and high volume of the kitchen, applicants must have experience in a similar position.

· Successful individuals will be able to demonstrate the following:

· Previous experience at Chef de Partie level or higher.

· Experience working with fresh seasonal produce.

· Excellent people, man-management, organisation, and communication skills.

· A passion for quality food and ensuring a consistent guest experience.
