Popular brewery and pub company seeks talented Sous Chef serving fresh food (even down to pastas and breads; approximately 500-650 covers a week within this brigade of 4 + 2 KPs. Commencing end March 2011.
40-45 hour week EVEN IN SUMMER!! prob every Mon and Tues off. 1 or 2 splits a week - 1 Sat off a month
