A small Hotel near Frome requires a Sous Chef to join their friendly and successful team.This Hotel has just been taken over by new owners, bringing a wealth of experience with them, having owned other successful and popular eateries.As Sous Chef you will be responsible for working closely with the Head Chef, ensuring the smooth running of the kitchen, and in the absence of the Head Chef taking full responsibility of the kitchen. Ideally the right candidate should have experience within a fresh food led environment.This position also comes with the option of live in.
