A brand new vacancy for a Sous Chef and just become available within a quality 2 Rosette hotel with ambitions and drive to aim for its Third. With a £3 million pound refurb this hotel will no doubt be the place to stay.

As Sous Chef you will be required to work closely alongside the Head Chef and ultimately raising the standards to push for the 3rd Rosette, whilst managing and training the brigade to reach this goal.
