£18,000 plus £2,000 GP related bonus

The Company

Our client operates a well established town centre pub and restaurant. This pub has letting rooms available and also offers a great menu with affordable, high quality produce available. This venue is great for a quick bite to eat before a busy afternoon or to spend a relaxing afternoon and evening chilling with friends.

The role

We are looking to employ an experienced chef to take over Sous Chef responsibilities and assist our Head Chef. Shifts would consist of split and straight shifts, working five days out of seven. This would suit an experienced Junior Sous or Sous Chef looking for a new challenge. Responsibilities would involve assisting with the running of the kitchen.

What We Are Looking For

· Successful individuals will be able to demonstrate the following:

· Previous experience at Chef de Partie level or higher.

· Previous experience working in busy commercial kitchens is essential.

· Excellent people, man-management, organisation, and communication skills.

· A passion for quality food and ensuring a consistent guest experience.
