Our client operates a luxury hotel set in the beautiful, historic city of Bath. The hotel boasts a wonderful multiple rosette restaurant and is pursuing further accolades. Offering superb service, an extensive wine list and award winning cuisine the restaurant has earned a deserved reputation for one of the finest places to dine out in the South West.
We are looking to recruit a rosette experienced Junior Sous Chef for their kitchen brigade. The role will include consistently producing food to a two-rosette standard. You will also be responsible for supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in ensuring the smooth running of the kitchen. This role will suit a Chef de Partie looking for their first Junior Sous role or an existing Junior Sous looking for a fresh challenge in this beautiful location.
