Sous - £20k
Chef de Partie - £16k
Plus share of tips – approx £80 a month
The Company
Small hotel with large restaurant located on the beautiful Cornish coast at Bude.
The Role
We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef and Chef de Partie to support the Head Chef with the running of this busy kitchen serving up to 200 people a day in the Summer season.
This is a small working team and you must be very hands-on, have previous experience in similar establishments and work well under pressure. The ideal candidates will be a chef who loves to work with fresh produce sourced locally. You must be adaptable and able to work to a high standard. Can be long hours during the summer months.

Successful individuals will preferably possess / be able to demonstrate the following:
- Ability to maintain the highest standards at all times and a keen eye for detail.
- Organised and hands-on to ensure optimal service to customers and staff.
- Great team player and motivator with the passion to take autonomy for the kitchen.
- Excellent working references / recommendations from previous employers.
