This Georgian property attracts an array of clientele and is continuing to improve and develop their product. This is a stunning restaurant, which allows their customers a relaxed and calming environment in which to enjoy the mouth-watering food and beverage selection.

The role

We are currently recruiting for a Junior Sous Chef to join this ambitious and friendly team. The ideal Junior Sous Chef will be from a fine dining background and not be afraid to get stuck in to this busy kitchen. The perfect Junior Sous Chef will have a real eye for detail and alone with a flair to their cooking ability. Candidates are required to have knowledge of modern cooking techniques and styles.

Candidates for the role of Junior Sous Chef are required to have previous experience at a Rosette or Michelin awarded establishment along with a knowledge of seasonality and ingredients. This is a great opportunity for a professional Chef to work in this intimate environment and be the face of the stunning and flavoursome food.
