It is predominantly a community food led bar serving a variety of classics and priding itself on its great drinks selection. This is part of a growing national group who's outlets are fast becoming the places to be seen and who pride themselves in ensuring great customer service and relaxed environment.

What we are looking for

·You must have experience working with fresh produce in high volume environments

·Experience managing small-medium sized teams in the absence of the head chef

·Individuals who have a keen eye for detail and take great pride in the appearance of their dishes..

-You will be responsible for all health and safety and financial controls in the absence of the head chef

-Able to work within guidelines set out by the company
