The Client

CSI is a specialist employment agency and business for the catering & hospitality industry. We have 10 branch offices throughout the UK , each spearheaded by ex-industry professionals. Our international division, recruit for executive and managerial positions globally.

The Role

As a Relief Chef you will be required to assist in short term, seasonal or long term assignments from Country House hotels, restaurants, gastro pubs to contract / industrial catering, schools, sporting events and more within the Bristol , Bath , Somerset & Wiltshire areas.

Some assignments could mean many shifts from 1 - 2 days, but potentially we do have clients asking for weeks and months and possible permanent vacancies area available from these Temp roles.

What We Are Looking For

Successful individuals will preferably possess / be able to demonstrate the following:

• Previous proven experience within similar roles.
• Qualified to NVQ level 2 or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Organised and hands-on to ensure optimal service to customers and staff.
• Excellent working references / recommendations from previous employers.

Own transport a great advantage. Some vacancies subject to CRB clearance.
