Sous Chef – Straight Shifts – Bath area – Sous Chef

Circa £22,000 per annum

Straight Shifts only (Earlies, Middles or Lates)

Varied 48 hour contract

The Company

Our client operates a stunning establishment on the outskirts of the city of Bath . This Golf Club offers fantastic conference and banqueting facilities along a testing course. Our client also hosts a range of days including corporate tournaments.

The role

We are looking to recruit a confident Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef to assist in the daily control of all outlets and be a key part of this friendly kitchen brigade. The role of Sous Chef will include consistently producing a variety of items for the Conferences, Wedding clients and golfing members. The successful Sous Chef candidate should have at least 6 years of professional kitchen experience behind them and be able to get stuck in to the job at hand. This role will suit a strong Sous Chef looking for an opportunity to join a friendly brigade or a Junior Sous Chef looking to take the step in their career. Successful Sous Chef applicants will have a strong knowledge of Banqueting kitchens and previous managerial / supervisory experience with in a kitchen environment.

Candidates for the role of Sous Chef will be able to fit into this established brigade and produce items for the various functions.

Due to the location and the nature of the role, candidates are required to have their own transport.
