Our client operates a luxury country house hotel set in the heart of the Wiltshire countryside. The role
We are currently recruiting an experienced Junior Sous Chef whose professional background stems from a fine dining / awarded food background to join this multi awarded and tight-knit team. The role of Junior Sous Chef would involve assisting with the running and production of all the kitchen outlets, including the restaurant, banqueting and conference clients whilst supervising junior members of the team. This role would suit an experienced Senior Chef de Partie with a minimum of a 2AA rosette solid background in fine dining, luxury establishments . This is a perfect opportunity for a Junior Sous Chef on top of their game to join and build their CV and skill set under this highly respected Head Chef in one of the best kitchens in the UK. Candidates for the role of Junior Sous Chef are required to have an enthusiasm for kitchen life and a desire to learn and progress their career.
This is not a kitchen for the faint-hearted. Candidates for this role are required to give their all, and in return receive amazing training and development opportunities along with the chance to complete professional stages.

What We Are Looking For

Previous professional experience at a Senior Chef de Partie level or higher with in an awarded establishment.

Solid professional background at a minimum of a 2AA Rosette level fine dining establishments.

Excellent people, man-management, organisation, and communication skills.
