The Company
Our client operates a luxury hotel set in the beautiful, historic city of Bath. The hotel boasts a wonderful multiple rosette restaurant and is pursuing further accolades. The role
We are looking to employ an experienced chef to take over Sous Chef responsibilities and assist our Head. Shifts would consist of split and straight shifts, working five days out of seven. This would suit an experienced Junior Sous Chef looking for a new challenge. Responsibilities would involve assisting with the running of the kitchen and pursuing further accolades. An enthusiasm for fresh seasonal ingredients is essential.
What We Are Looking For
· Successful individuals will be able to demonstrate the following:
· Previous experience at Chef de Partie level or higher.
· Experience working with fresh seasonal produce.
· Previous experience working in multiple rosette kitchens is essential.
· Excellent people, man-management, organisation, and communication skills.
· A passion for quality food and ensuring a consistent guest experience.
