The Company

Our client operates a well established, city centre hotel. This position offers excellent progression within a National hotel brand. This delightful Georgian building is set amongst 7 acres of beautiful Somerset land, a short walk from the centre of the iconic city of Bath.

The role

We are looking to employ an experienced chef to take over Junior/Sous Chef responsibilities and assist our Head Chef. Responsibilities would involve assisting with the management of a very busy kitchen environment. An enthusiasm for fresh seasonal ingredients is essential. Experience in multi-outlet operations is essential. Previous experience in large corporate operations is desirable.

What We Are Looking For

· Successful individuals will be able to demonstrate the following:

· Previous experience at Senior Chef de Partie / Junior Sous level or higher.

· Experience working with fresh seasonal produce.

· Previous experience working in rosette kitchens is essential.

· Excellent people, man-management, organisation, and communication skills.

· A passion for quality food and outstanding customer experience.
