The Role

We are currently looking for a talented and hard working Sous Chef for a busy city centre Brasserie in Oxford. With an outstanding reputation for producing quality food you will have extensive experience in a high volume establishment.

What we are looking for

· Previous Sous experience in a high volume establishment

· Ability to create and produce high quality menu’s

· Experience of running a busy kitchen in Head Chef’s absence

· Ability to lead and inspire younger chefs

· Excellent health and safety knowledge

· Ability to liaise with customers and suppliers
