The Role

We are looking for a passionate Sous Chef to join this close knit and talented team. You will come on board and support the Head Chef in the smooth running of this kitchen and be able to run it in his absence.

You will have ambitions to really flourish as a chef and be willing to learn from a talented Head Chef.

What we are looking for

· Experience in all fresh food kitchens at Rosette level

· Excellent communication and organisation skills

· Experience using quality local produce

· A passion for delivering quality guest experience

· Excellent man management skills
