The Company

Our client operates a well established, award winning Gastro Inn. This position offers great career progression opportunities within an ever growing company. This role will lead to a Head Chef position in the near future for the right candidate.

The role

We are looking to employ an experienced chef to take over Senior Sous Chef responsibilities and run this busy kitchen. Responsibilities would involve assisting with the management of a very busy kitchen environment. An enthusiasm for fresh seasonal ingredients is essential.  Experience in fresh food gastro kitchens essential.

What We Are Looking For

· Successful individuals will be able to demonstrate the following:

· Previous experience at Sous Chef level or higher.

· Experience working with fresh seasonal produce.

· Previous experience working in rosette kitchens is an advantage.

· Excellent people, man-management, organisation, and communication skills.
