The role
We are looking to employ an experienced chef to take over Sous Chef responsibilities and assist our Head Chef. Shifts would consist of split and straight shifts, working five days out of seven. This would suit an experienced Junior Sous or Sous Chef looking for a new challenge. Responsibilities would involve assisting with the running of the kitchen. An enthusiasm for fresh seasonal ingredients is essential. Due to the rural location your own transport is a must.
What We Are Looking For
· Successful individuals will be able to demonstrate the following:
· Previous experience at Senior Chef de Partie level or higher.
· Experience working with fresh seasonal produce.
· Excellent people, man-management, organisation, and communication skills.
· A passion for quality food and ensuring a consistent guest experience.
