Catering Services are currently recruiting for a creative sous chef on behalf of the client.
The Client:
A newly refurbished public house near Cirencester with a warm friendly ambiance
This is an opportunity for an aspiring chef to join as sous chef and help develop the team and the menus.
This is a chance to make your own mark in a high investment outlet with a friendly and supportive team.
The Ideal Candidate:
Will have a professional approach to kitchen and management
Will possess the knowledge required to lead develop a small team
Manage all HACCP, Health and Safety, Food Safety and opening and closing procedures
Successfully manage waste through correct product management
Prepare and cook dishes to the high standards required
A can do attitude, promoting a positive environment for all employees.
This role offers a fantastic salary of £25,000 per annum.
The business does not currently serve food on Mondays and Sunday Evenings.
