Sous Chef ~ Straight Shifts ~ 4 Day Week ~ Restaurant & Bar ~ £12 to £15 p/h

We are recruiting Sous Chefs and Chef de Parties for this well-established restaurant & bar in the heart of Bristol. This highly-acclaimed, enchanting Caribbean restaurant & bar are well-known for retaining, developing and equipping their team with transferable skills, enabling them to take up senior positions. Under the expert guidance of the Chef Patron, you will learn the art of the cuisine, from the fast-paced grill to low and slow cookery.

This is a fantastic opportunity for Chefs of all levels, either experienced in the cuisine, or looking to add a new style to their repertoire. If you have the passion and drive, there is flexibility to fit you into the team.

•           Salary or hourly package to suit your needs ~ Up to £38k or £15 p/h
