Sous Chef ~ Top Spec Kitchen ~ Great Team ~ Up to £27k

We are recruiting a Sous Chef for this fantastic venue on the outskirts of Bristol. The role would suit an experienced Chef de Partie from a high-volume background, who is looking for the next step in their career.

As Sous Chef, you will assist the head chef in leading, engaging, developing & empowering an amazing kitchen team to ensure the best experience is provided to the visitors of the venue day in day out. You’ll be able to turn your hand to all areas of the kitchen and use your skills to train and develop the wider team. You’ll be looking establish yourself as a role model, not only due to your knowledge but also in the way you approach the challenges of leading a busy service. You’ll work with the head chef to deliver the departments KPI’s (sales, margin & wastage) and champion and drive food hygiene and Health and Safety standards.

• Salary range from £25,000 to £27,000 per annum​​​​​​


• 45 hour contract, straight shifts
