Our client is looking for an experienced Sous Chef at an 2 rosette Hotel in Bristol. This is a great oppportunity for a Sous looking to cook great food in a highly organised kitchen. This role offers 9 hour straight shifts with no splits. You will be working in a very busy kitchen that produces a great A La Carte menu as well as various functions.
