A charming coaching inn situated in the heart of the beautiful Cotswolds is searching for a passionate and driven Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in the smooth running of the kitchen. As the Sous Chef, you'll be responsible for producing delicious pub food using fresh ingredients, in-line with Company specifications and procedures. The stunning large garden increases capacity and business over the weekend, during holidays, and on sunny days, providing variety and the opportunity to showcase your expertise to meet business demands.
