Overview…

We are seeking a Senior Sous Chef for a two Rosette Restaurant located North of Bristol. This Four Star Hotel has a Spa and an award winning two Rosette Restaurant. This is a high volume Restaurant who push the boundaries of classic, seasonal dishes with new and fresh ideas. Reporting to the Executive Chef, you will manage the kitchen and your team.

The right candidate will have experience as a Senior Sous Chef in a busy establishment and have great management and leadership abilities. The Senior Sous Chef will have a genuine passion for pushing their skills and creating out of this world food, full of exciting flavours.
