We are seeking a Sous Chef for a newly refurbished Pub and Country Inn, nestled in the picturesque surroundings near Tisbury, Wiltshire. The property boasts a charming ambiance and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences to guests.

As a Sous Chef in this Pub and Country Inn near Tisbury, you will collaborate closely with the Head Chef to execute the menu in collabation with suppliers in the West Wiltshire area. You'll also oversee kitchen operations in the absence of the Head Chef, ensuring smooth and efficient service, while maintaining the highest food hygiene and safety standards. Will will work alongside the Head Chef to inspire the team to excel within their roles and ensure a positive environment.

The right Sous Chef candidate will have experience as a Sous Chef and be able to sgiw expertise in preparing and presenting high-quality dishes using fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Given the countryside location of the Pub and Country Inn near Tisbury, own transport is essential.
