As Sous Chef, you shall deputise and support the Chef Director. This site runs its own farmland, providing a steady stream of seasonal produce.
The right Sous Chef will be self-motivated & have an established background with the ability to prepare & produce dishes to the high standards that this role requires. A tidy approach and good temperament is essential for this role.
Due to the Cirencester location, the ability for the Sous Chef to travel is essential.
