Sous Chef required for Country Manor Hotel, situated closed to Cirencester

This Hotel boasts a contemporary menu alongside a brasserie style offering. Based within idyllic gardens, the Manor also caters for many weddings during the year, so experience in conference & banqueting is a plus. The kitchen thrives on local provenance as Kitchen Garden & eventually looking at rearing their own livestock. This would be a great opportunity for an experienced Sous Chef or someone looking to step up and take their first role as a Sous Chef.

The ability to commute to work is essential based on the rural location of the property. The right Chef must be able to demonstrate suitable skills whilst under pressure, keeping a calm & positive atmosphere.

A positive work/life balance is actively encouraged by the management. No crazy hours.

Requirements for this role :-

• At least 3 years of catering experience


• Your own transportation 


• Experience in Banqueting & Events


• Live within commutable distance to the property
