An experienced and passionate Sous Chef is required for an amazing restaurant in the heart of Glastonbury, Somerset. As the Sous Chef you will be working alongside and supporting the Chef/Owner at this award winning Michelin Bib Gourmand restaurant serving the finest in modern Middle Eastern food. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate. 

About you

• Proven track record in similar roles 


• Great communication skills 


• Ability to travel to or relocate to the area 


• A great knowledge and understanding of produce
