Sous Chef required for a highly awarded kitchen at a luxury venue in the Cotswolds. This Sous Chef role involves the opportunity to work within, and help lead a range of interesting menus, up to 3AA Rosette level in the Broadway area. This role is ideal for a motivated Sous Chef looking to develop and take the next step in their career.

Head Chef requirements:

• As Sous Chef, you will have the ability to communicate and cooperate effectively


• You must have your own transport due to the rural location


• Previous fine dining experience is desirable
