Sous Chef Role:

We are looking for a Sous Chef to join a 2 AA Rosette gastropub in the Wiltshire countryside, also with its own brewery, farm and farm shop on site. In this role, you will be joining a brigade of 4 talented chefs, as well as liaising with the Head Gardener to decide on the fresh ingredients to be used in the kitchen.

Sous Chef Requirements:

- Previous experience working in a 2 AA Rosette environment  

- Excellent attention to detail

- Confidence in leading the team in the Head Chef’s absence
