Senior Sous Chef role:

We are working with a stunning, 5-star hotel in the heart of the Cotswolds. They are looking for a Senior Sous Chef with a passion for fine dining to join their team to help with the day to day management and preparation of all the food within the hotel. The restaurant is operating at a 3 rosette level, so we are looking for someone with a sustained rosette background or a Michelin background.

Senior Sous Chef requirements:

• Record of working within a high-volume hotel, venue or restaurant no less than a 3 rosette level.


• Creative with great attention to finer details


• A real passion for food


• Previous experience as a strong leader
