Sous Chefs!  We're on the look out for a Senior Sous Chef to join this fantastic team at this award-winning Cotswolds Estate, boasting two restaurants, one 3 AA rosettes, Michelin Guide listed and a 12-seater tasting restaurant (4 AA rosettes, Michelin Guide listed).  Our successful Senior Sous Chef candidate will have the opportunity to work within both. 

Senior Sous Chef Benefits;

• A predicted salary is between £44000 – £48000 per year.


• 48 hours over 5 days.


• 30 days holiday per year (rising to 35 after 5 years)

You'll help lead a team of hard working, friendly and organised chefs.  The kitchen boasts excellent ongoing investment and high quality equipment, which makes for a great work and learning environment. This venue works with amazing ingredients and suppliers, and have a great passion for sustainability and responsible sourcing. 

The Head Chef will ensure that you learn, develop and flourish on the Estate. 

If you've had experience of working in high quality, similar sized kitchens at a Sous Chef level previously, we'd love to hear from you.
