A rare opportunity has arisen for a talented Sous Chef to join a brigade of talented Chefs. The successful candidate will take a senior role in producing exquisite, seasonal, modern British / European cuisine as part of a friendly, supportive team of six chefs and three kitchen porters. Working with the finest locally sourced fresh ingredients, our new Sous Chef can expect to work to our seasonal à la carte menu, private dining events, weddings, member functions and much more!
