Stunning hotel with gardens looking for a Senior Sous Chef with a passion for fine dining to join their team to help with the day to day management and preparation of all the food.
Utilising fresh produce from their very own kitchen garden, locally reared meats and sourcing the freshest fish, the ideal Senior Sous Chef must be able to achieve quality menus and create an outstanding customer experience.
Senior Sous Chef requirements:
