We are currently recruiting a Sous Chef to join this great team in one of
The successful Sous Chef will also assist the Head Chef in the running of this busy kitchen by supervising the junior chefs and developing them as culinary experts. So if you have a passion for working with fresh, locally sourced foods and can demonstrate that you have a steady and reliable track record in the kitchen we want to hear from you!

Successful individuals will preferably possess / be able to demonstrate the following:
- Ability to maintain the highest standards at all times and a keen eye for detail.
- Creative thinking - top Chefs are visionaries who rely on innovative thinking to develop and implement strategies and menu ideas.
- Organised and hands-on to ensure optimal service to customers and staff.
- Great team player and motivator with the passion to take autonomy for the kitchen.
- Excellent working references / recommendations from previous employers.
