Night Supervisor at Award Winning Hotel

Are you an organised and professional Night Supervisor, an “all rounder” who enjoys hands on tasks and completing them to a very high standard

Salary; Up to 33,076 (£30,576 basic plus gratuities)

Hours; You will work 11pm to 7am, (usually including weekends as these are the busiest times).

The Night Supervisor is responsible for supporting the smooth running of overnight operations taking care of the logistics surrounding guest stays, ensuring overnight duties such as billing, tidying and re-stocking are sorted, as well as helping set up for breakfast. There will be times that you will have to help with guest requests overnight and assist in some late bar service if needed.

  • Friendly and helpful by nature

  • Organised and efficient, able to manage the night’s workload.

  • Able to be self motivated and proactive

  • A true team player, communicating clearly and professionally with everyone they encounter

  • Familiar with fire panels.

  • Strong verbal communication skills

  • Flexibility and a positive, Yes I Can! Attitude

  • An eye for detail

  • Is a creative problem-solver

  • First aid experienced/trained

  • Previous Reception experience.

  • High awareness of health and safety and security best practise.

  • Holds a full, clean UK driving license as driving employer vehicles forms part of this role.

Due to this rural location, you will require your own transport.
