The role

As Head Waiter you will be responsible for the smooth running of the restaurant. Working closely with the restaurant manager and assistant restaurant manager it is essential you ensure the effective communication between all staff. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing top class service at all times. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your self within an ever-growing company. Due to the rural location your own transport is a must.
