Chef de Partie job role

Fabulous Hampshire Golf Club is hiring a skilled Chef de Partie to support the Head Chef in delivering high quality, fresh food dishes.  As Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in daily service, ensuring consistency, excellent presentation, and smooth kitchen operations.

 

Key CDP responsibilities include but are not limited to: Preparing and cooking food to a high standard; working with fresh, seasonal ingredients; supporting the Head Chef with menu delivery and daily service; maintaining excellent food hygiene standards.

Chef de Partie requirements

•           Previous proven experience as a Chef in a commercial kitchen

•           A CDP with references from previous employers

•           A CDP with level 2 food safety certification

•           NVQ level 2 or equivalent qualifications

•           Own transport preferred due to remote location
