Job Description

Chef Manager – Monday to Friday - £32,000

Fantastic opportunity for a Chef Manager to join this national company at their top site as part of the management team. You will be in charge of the catering operation within a newly refurbished and top spec building, running a busy commercial kitchen and delivering excellent standards in a high volume workplace serving up to 400 covers daily.

• Office hour work pattern Monday – Friday


• 40hr contract


• 7am – 3.30pm

Chef Manager responsibilities include; writing great menus, producing exciting seasonal and locally sourced food, recruitment, training, managing the team, sales driving, marketing and stock management.
