Our client operates a stunning 5 star boutique hotel in the picturesque Cotswold countryside. A venue full of warmth and good intentions, serving top quality gastro style food in this 15 ^th Century venue. Winding stair cases, sloping floors and ceilings studded with wooden beams are all an added bonus.

The Role

As Food & Beverage Supervisor you will be responsible for the smooth running of all food and drink related tasks during service and throughout the day. Working closely with the Restaurant Manager and Head Chef you must ensure effective communication between all departments. You will also have a level of responsibility for training younger staff where necessary. You must ensure a 5 star service at all times. An excellent opportunity for the right candidate to really progress within this thriving business.
