This is a stunning location in need of a strong, experienced and professional Food & Beverage Manager to lead a large brigade at a members establishment. As the Food & Beverage Manager you will oversee all food and beverage operations in the restaurant, bar and events catering and take accountability for ensuring high quality service is consistently delivered. As the Food & Beverage Manager you will report to the F&B Operations Manager and have a team of F&B supervisors to support you.
