Outstanding opportunity for a seasoned Chef to take the lead of a small kitchen brigade whipping up a completely fresh menu for a school with up to 400 covers daily.

The Head Chef will be responsible for:

• The complete planning, preparing and stylish presentation of excellent food offerings in line with location budget and company standards.


• Ownership over procurement, stock control and financial management


• Holding team meetings on a regular basis for continuous improvement and group motivation
