Job Description
A Restored 17th century coaching inn, established as one of Wales's finest inns requires a Junior Sous Chef to join the kitchen brigade.
Named as Michelin’s “Pub of the Year” and accredited by the Wales Tourist Board, the inn has been awarded two rosettes by the AA for its food, which is an unfussy, seasonal menu with locally sourced food from responsible and trustworthy suppliers.
The successful candidate will have a passion for providing excellent food and will ideally have previous experience gained from a similar accredited establishment.
